Brightside Carers is also an accredited training centre in Adult and Child Healthcare courses. We are a privately owned care company based in Birmingham that can provide other care providers with fully accredited tailor made professional healthcare training courses, delivered by professional Trainers at our training centre or delivered to your desktop.

All staff undergo rigorous recruitment checks including an enhanced CRB check. Our staff are trained to high level induction course which is delivered at our training centre in Birmingham.

Our care and support workers keep accurate records and contribute to assessments and reviews of service user needs.
